Summary
This thesis explores how WAFE, a newly founded brand in the automated garden management sector, can be successfully positioned within this established and competitive market. WAFE aims to introduce an integrated system combining aspects like lighting, irrigation and water management into one single, user-friendly, and sustainable ecosystem. As a strategic spin-off from the established company Velda, WAFE will respond to current market trends like sustainability, technological innovation, and the growing consumer demand for low-maintenance gardening solutions.
Through performing thorough competitor-oriented market research a series of actionable recommendations for the brand have been made, which have been used in determining the strategic vision and branding for WAFE. Bit by bit, the identity of WAFE was composed by analyzing strategies for entering established markets, as well as strategies for building a strong brand presence.
The final outcome is a comprehensive brand manual which will function as a guide to establishing WAFE on the market, with the intention of establishing trust and facilitating long-term growth. The manual does not only offer guidelines for visual identity, brand behavior, and communication, but also offers a roadmap for long-term growth to ensure WAFE will become a grand and competitive force within its market.
